This is the gold standard flagship gym program (12 weeks) for golfers who want to optimize their performance on the course and health off the course. This program is appropriate for intermediate to advanced lifters. Consisting of a variety of functional mobility, strength work, and power work, this program is designed for the greatest golf specific adaptations globally. This program requires a full gym to perform.

TOUR FIT FROM HOME ALL EQUIPMENT

This Tour Fit from Home program is a 4 day/week (12 weeks) performance enhancing program designed to maximize all aspects of fitness on the golf course and in life from the comfort of your home.
Equipment Needed:
Golf Forever Bar, 3D What's That Strap, Resistance Cords, 6lb med ball, Stability Ball (swiss ball), foam roller, yoga mat (if you don't want to get on the ground), flat bench, & long golf club. Links to purchase recommended equipment in app.

GOLF TRIP GAINS

The only golf fitness program you will ever need to prepare to play your best golf on your upcoming golf trip! This 16 week 4 day/week gym program is for golfers that have no injuries and want to maximize all aspects of their golf game before their golf trip or competition in 4-16 weeks. If you don't have 16 weeks till your trip, no worries, you can still make significant gains in clubhead speed, improvements in ball striking, strength, power and overall fitness within 2 weeks! This program also involves 2 10 minute overspeed training with your Driver. There is no need to buy speed sticks for this, the research demonstrates comparable increases in clubhead speed with max effort driver swings using the correct set, reps and rest periods as structured in the app. Overspeed training is dangerous and for that reason you should pass the mobility assessment and have no history of injuries before starting this program.

Offseason Strength and Hypertrophy

This full access 12 week gym program block targets gaining muscle mass (hypertrophy), strength and stability. Power= Force x Velocity. Larger Muscles are capable of greater Force production and thereby increasing your power potential. This program was designed to be performed prior to the Peak Power program that way the hypertrophy and strength gains can be used to optimize power and clubhead speed in the next blo. This program also targets stabilization to improve golf posture and consistency. This may be the most important block of your training due to the injury prevention benefits you will gain from fortifying your tendons, ligaments, muscle and fascia. Get after it!

PEAK POWER PROGRAM

This full access gym program (9 weeks) is designed to optimize Power and clubhead speed. It is designed to be performed immediately after the offseason strength and hypertrophy program in order to convert your newly found strength and muscle mass gains into useable power. Power=Force x Velocity The offseason program increased your force production side of the equation. This Power program consists primarily of plyometrics to improve elasticity and velocity. Time to train explosively like an athlete!

This 6 week home based program (3 phases) is designed for beginners to training or golfers who are obsessed with dialing in the basics of mobility, balance, strength and power before progressing to a more advanced routine. This program consisting of 3 2 week phases is appropriate for golfers of all ages and fitness levels. Any golfer could benefit here and you wouldn't regret starting here if you are new to the app, However, If you want to jump straight into the gym setting Newbie Golf games is better suited for you.
Equipment Needed:

TOUR FIT MOTOR PATTERN- HOME

This 6 week home program was designed to be performed anytime of year and anywhere you have access to a Kettlebell, bands and a golf club. These are great preround workouts as they were designed to prime your body to play, aren't too taxing and all finish with a club in your hand. The focus of this program is biomechanics, Tempo and golf specific mobility. These workouts are tailored to optimize kinetics and kinematics at specific phases of the golf swing with thorough video demonstrations and explanations. Kinematics is the study of the description of motion. The 'Kinematic Sequence' refers to the order and motion of body parts and the club. Kinetics refers to the study of forces causing or resulting from motion. The kinetic drills are targeted at ground reaction forces to optimize efficiency and clubhead speed. Improve your Tempo with the step drill sequences and your mobility with golf specific stretches targeted at the main anatomical rotation centers of the golf swing.

This full access 6 week GYM program targets all fronts of your golf fitness to get results quickly and decisively. By attacking flexibility in the 4 main rotary centers, golf specific strength, power and fast twitch fiber recruitment, you will be ready to go to war on and off the course.
